Shipping & Returns

Orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Once your order has been processed, shipping typically takes 1–4 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition in which they were received. All original tags must remain attached, and all original packaging must be included and intact.

For footwear returns, please place the shoebox inside protective outer packaging. Do not use the shoebox itself as the shipping container.

To initiate a return, please notify us within the 14-day return period by emailing contact@mworld.us.

Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
